Job summary

Invoca is hiring a Director of Product, Data to own the data layer powering its AI Agents. This hands-on PM role leads two PMs across Data Platform, Consumer Profile, and Knowledge & Context Services, ensuring a single, coherent data-to-insight system.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, AI, data science, security, and GTM teams to drive measurable outcomes. The role is remote-first with preference for SF Bay Area, Seattle, LA, or San Diego; base compensation ranges $250k–$325k per year plus

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including direct experience managing PMs.
• Hands-on experience owning a data platform product: ingestion, pipelines, data modeling, data quality, and governance at scale.
• Fluency with the modern AI and agent data stack: retrieval, vector stores, memory, knowledge extraction, evaluation methods, and context engineering.
• Experience in enterprise, multi-tenant environments with privacy, consent, security, and compliance as core constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Platform roadmap: ingestion, standardization, pipelines, data quality, governance.
• Lead and coach two PMs across domains.
• Set one data strategy across three domains: raw data to agent context to customer action.
• Define context engineering foundations and what is exposed to agents.
• Shape the unified consumer profile and how data is stored and used safely.
• Own AI recommendations for AI Agents and agentic workflows.
• Move analytics from dashboards to in‑platform, actionable insights.
