Job summary

Ventra Health in the United States seeks a Director of Provider Enrollment to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the provider enrollment function, overseeing performance, enrollment lifecycle, and client deliverables.

The role requires building relationships with enrollment teams and clients, optimizing workflows, developing policies, and guiding a team of professionals toward timely, accurate credentialing across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in physician billing or provider enrollment.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with CAQH, NPI and EDI/EFT/ERA processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Provider Enrollment department’s day-to-day operations.
• Develops relationships with enrollment teams and clients.
• Monitors enrollment lifecycle and client deliverables.
• Implements policies and workflow improvements for consistency.
• Compiles reports and analyzes trends for management.
• Holds regular leadership meetings with management.
