Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Client Engagement, Contract Validation to own delivery, relationships, and outcomes for a portfolio of life sciences accounts. You will lead contract compliance validation engagements, drive rebate management, and coordinate with data teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life sciences consulting, market access, or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, formulary management, or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with MMIT or equivalent payer data platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience operating as a strategic advisor to external clients.
• Autonomy in defining scope and delivering results.
• Experience scaling service offerings.
• Managing complex client engagements end to end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead across a portfolio of accounts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with market access, finance, and contracting stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end contract validation engagements using payer data.
• Ensure contract terms reflect payer requirements.
• Collaborate with data advisors to optimize client outcomes.
• Identify rebate discrepancies and analyze gross-to-net exposure.
• Coordinate with analytics to surface insights from MMIT data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into deliverables.
• Support sales in scoping new opportunities.
