Ethos Life is seeking an exceptional product leader to head the Consumer Product team as Director of Product Management. You will own strategy and execution for the core consumer surface, building and leading a PM team while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing.

The role emphasizes owning the end-to-end consumer experience, driving growth and improving conversion, with a focus on accessibility, delight, and simplicity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product manager at a high-growth technology company.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer industries is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to generate, test, and refine hypotheses using data, user insights, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Consumer Product team.
• Own the end-to-end consumer experience from acquisition to onboarding and purchase.
• Communicate product strategy and results to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
