Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Business Insights to lead analytics strategy and reporting in support of senior leaders across finance and operations. You will drive trusted analysis, design measurement frameworks, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality and automation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data visualization and analytics support, ideally within a legal or regulatory environment.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, Cognos, SQL, and Python.
• Experience integrating and managing data from various enterprise systems; strong foundation in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of data governance practices and quality management standards.
