CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinic Operations and Ambulatory Workflows. This remote role with quarterly travel leads technology strategy for core clinical care delivery products, including in-clinic and virtual encounters, in-basket management and inventory workflows.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to drive safe, high-quality outpatient care

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.

Aufgaben

• Partner with care delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models and reduce administrative burden.
• Drive cross-functional teams to surface technology solutions and execute care model strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and Epic/tech architectures.
• Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale clinical interventions.
