Job summary

Flourish Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Product to bridge Clinical Leadership, Care Delivery and Product Development. You will translate clinical and operational needs into product features, drive project management, implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of clinical product initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, and clinical leaders to ensure clinical needs and workflows are integrated into product development and daily practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or related field.
• 8+ years building and improving clinical operations with product/tech teams.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into product requirements.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Clinical R&D on conception of clinical products and translating needs to technical partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows from concept through development and launch.
• Lead training and enablement for new features and supporting materials.
• Monitor adoption and gather feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
