Job summary
Flourish Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Product to bridge Clinical Leadership, Care Delivery, and Product Development. You will translate clinical needs into product features, oversee PM, implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of clinical product initiatives.
The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and clinical leaders to embed clinical workflows into tech solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, clinical program development, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience building and improving clinical/care operations with product/tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Product Project Management: lead concept, development, and launch of clinical products and workflows.
- Training, Release & Execution: drive adoption, prepare teams for new features, create training materials.
- Ongoing Monitoring & Optimization: track adoption, gather feedback for improvements.
- AI & Clinical Innovation: contribute to AI prompts, AI training tools, and validation.
- Patient Care: stay clinically engaged, manage care delivery and consultations.
