Partner Company in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Scientist to advance clinical development programs, support study execution, data interpretation, and scientific communication. You will work with Medical Directors and study teams to ensure data quality and patient safety while independently reviewing trial data and addressing emerging issues.

Qualificações

• PhD or equivalent degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical drug or biologics development.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Scientist or in a comparable clinical development position, with the ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting clinical trial data.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, written, verbal communication, and scientific presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing clinical data reviews to support data quality, accurate interpretation, and patient safety throughout clinical studies.
• Identify clinically relevant findings, trends, and potential concerns, escalating them appropriately and collaborating with study teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and Data Management on study implementation, clinical workflows, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) development.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of clinical and regulatory documentation, including study protocols, investigator brochures, concept materials, and other study-related documents.
• Review and interpret clinical study data and outputs in collaboration with Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Represent Clinical Development on cross-functional study teams, working closely with Medical Directors and functional partners.
• Prepare and present clinical data, study designs, and scientific findings to study teams, investigator meetings, advisory boards, study committees, and other internal or external audiences.
• Support additional clinical development activities and responsibilities as assigned.
