Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum and Instruction.
• Missouri Educator or Administrator Certification.
• 5+ years of successful K–12 core-content classroom teaching (ELA or Math preferred).
• 3–5 years of instructional coaching, campus leadership, or district-level administration.
• Experience with classroom walkthroughs, instructional rounds, and feedback cycles.
• Experience using assessment data tools (e.g., NWEA MAP).
• Experience implementing Early College/Pathway models, CTE, College and Career Support programs, or Work-Based Learning pathways.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, coaching, evaluation, supervision, and scaling of seven core CEN model elements across districts.
• Provide job-embedded coaching to district leaders, campus administrators, and teachers.
• Design and deliver high-impact professional development and instructional rounds.
• Ensure HQIM alignment with Missouri standards and district needs.
• Foster cross-system collaboration among K–12, higher education, and industry partners.
• Oversee data-informed instruction, CCMR progress, and program outcomes.
• Support SDR/4-H partnerships and college and career readiness initiatives.
