Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Director of AML Compliance to govern AML programs across money movement products and advise Risk Mitigation. The role leads governance, ML/know-your-customer initiatives, and regulatory alignment, collaborating with Product, Technology, Sales, Legal and Operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in AML leadership within payroll/FinTech, strong strategic thinking, and proven ability to drive enterprise-wide compliance programs while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar field required (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 10 years leading AML compliance within payroll, banking, or FinTech.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytic skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
• At least 5 years of experience leading/managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Paylocity’s AML Program to maintain compliance with AML regulations and reporting requirements.
• Serve as Paylocity’s AML Compliance Officer.
• Lead Paylocity’s AML Governance Committee and interact with Senior Management on trends and program enhancements.
• Monitor Know-Your-Client initiatives and due diligence frameworks for AML compliance.
• Advise on risk assessments, financial profiling, and due diligence programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Risk Mitigation, Legal, and Operations to drive AML compliance across the enterprise.
• Provide guidance on new business initiatives and products with AML considerations.
• Monitor money movement regulations to inform policies and actions.
