Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Manager, AML & Money Transmission Compliance to lead a compliance team and execute hands-on AML initiatives. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to BSA/AML, licensing, and regulatory requirements across payroll, spend management, and benefits.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, CDD/EDD, SAR filings, regulator inquiries, and interdepartmental collaboration. Strong leadership and communications are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, money transmission licensing, or financial crimes compliance.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• In‑depth knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN, OFAC, and OCC expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team activities to meet goals and regulatory obligations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the AML program including risk assessments and monitoring.
• Coordinate money transmitter licensing through NMLS and regulatory filings.
• Conduct and enhance BSA/AML risk assessments across product lines.
• Provide regular compliance updates to leadership and regulators.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
