Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Director for Advanced Oncology Solutions in Professional Services (Remote) to lead strategic sales across North America and drive recurring revenue with hospitals and health systems.

You will manage multi-stakeholder cycles, map client needs to the AOS portfolio, and collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with oncology care delivery models and oncology workflow.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets in enterprise healthcare sales.
• Knowledge of oncology-specific software, EMR integrations, and care coordination platforms.
• Vendor credentialing and ability to travel 50%+ within US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting oncology service lines within hospitals, academic medical centers, cancer centers, and health systems.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, typically spanning 6-18 months.
• Sell Advanced Oncology Solutions products and services in partnership with field and delivery teams to build recurring revenue engagements.
• Build and manage a robust, qualified pipeline to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for oncology workflow.
