Qualifications

• Clinical background required with healthcare management exposure
• Minimum five years in healthcare administration leadership, Oncology focus preferred
• Willingness to travel ~75%
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven reporting
• Experience with HCM/ERP tools (Workday) and analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop account penetration strategies for key targets and report quarterly progress
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, admin, and C-suite stakeholders
• Maintain knowledge of account challenges and opportunities for management
• Ensure quoted technologies and software meet customer objectives
• Create Scopes of Work for deploying Professional and Clinical Services
• Collaborate with Sales to quote services and drive opportunities to close
• Ensure Vendor Credentialing requirements for VMS client sites are met
