Job summary

Visante is seeking a 340B Program Director, Pharmacy Services to lead design, development, and management of the 340B consulting services. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations, and work with clients to optimize 340B operations across various pharmacy settings.

The role requires extensive 340B knowledge, strong collaboration with pharmacy teams, and the ability to deliver expert guidance, audits, and reporting to ensure efficiency and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business or Healthcare is required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience; at least 4 years managing 340B programs.
• Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, purchasing, inventory, and software integration.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with 340B software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of the 340B Program across pharmacy settings.
• Guide pharmacy teams in 340B operations, including purchasing, inventory, and claims adjudication.
• Oversee audits and ensure timely generation of utilization and inventory reports.
• Develop training materials on 340B regulations, software systems, and processes.
• Ensure proper functioning of 340B software systems and CDM/crosswalks for new products/NDCs.
• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities in 340B operations.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and advise clients on alignment.
• Maintain clear documentation of activities, audits, and compliance efforts.
• Troubleshoot issues with clients and ensure smooth 340B process integration.
