Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated 340B program specialist to ensure ongoing compliance, maintain required records, and support audits. You will collaborate with pharmacy staff, software partners, wholesalers, and manufacturers to uphold policy integrity.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, proactive identification of gaps, and monthly internal audits. You’ll report discrepancies to the 340B Program Director and contribute to continuous program optimization while working from home

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of pharmacy work experience.
• 340B University Certification required within three months of hire.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician or Medication Access Coordinator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure compliance of the 340B program and maintain required records.
• Participate in monthly internal audits and report discrepancies to the 340B Program Manager.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, software partners, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement using data and prioritize initiatives.
