Direct Auto Insurance in Florida seeks a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling, and maintaining a strong book of customers.

You’ll generate local leads, build relationships with dealerships and partners, and perform outbound outreach to convert opportunities into sales. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus incentives and training.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to grow business.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
