KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to join our remote team. You will edit, produce and manage multiple paid ad projects focused on Meta platforms, turning raw UGC into high-converting DR ads at scale.

With 3+ years in DTC video editing, you’ll deliver 8 ad briefs per week using an AI-first workflow and Adobe Premiere Pro, collaborating with founders and the creative strategy team to accelerate growth and hit performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in direct response video editing.
• Deep DTC experience editing paid ads.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing workflows.
• Ability to deliver 8 ad briefs per week.
• Experience with Meta/Facebook paid ads.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Weekly iterations on top-performing ads to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Ensure ads are on-brand, visually compelling, and conversion-focused.
• Stay updated on trends and new editing techniques.
