Job summary

KIND, a global leader protecting unaccompanied and separated children, seeks a Direct Response Manager to grow annual giving under $1,000 and manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You will partner with marketing, leadership, and agencies to drive donor acquisition, renewal, and advocacy while ensuring brand consistency and strong data-driven decision making.

The role reports to the Chief Development Officer and is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fluent in English.
• Minimum 5 years of direct response fundraising experience.
• Experience with rapid response, email marketing, and multi-channel donor programs.
• Proven data-driven decision maker using analytics to guide digital goals.
• Familiarity with CRMs and donation processing platforms (Salesforce, Engaging Networks, WordPress).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising and engagement program to grow annual support from donors under $1,000.
• Collaborate with a marketing agency and vendors to execute donor campaigns, monthly giving, and advocacy.
• Review final drafts of emails and donation pages for quality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with leadership and major gifts to identify and hand off qualified donors and develop email plans.
• Audit digital fundraising collateral to refresh messaging and improve UX and relevance.
• Oversee content review across departments and track approvals in Asana.
