MissionWired is seeking a full-time Account Manager to develop and manage offline marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base.

If you have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, can lead teams effectively, have managed direct mail campaigns from start to finish, and want to put your stamp on creative campaigns that mobilize resources for social good, this job is for you!

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house campaign, nonprofit or agency experience in direct mail communications, fundraising and marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large programs and being accountable for program success.
• Client management experience and ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Passion for making the world a better place.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to create direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising.
• Oversee development, implementation and production of direct mail campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns with email, SMS and other channels.
• Create action-oriented reporting to drive strategic decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and support professional growth.
• Maintain client satisfaction and manage client relationships.
• Support business development and pitches with clients.
