MissionWired is seeking a full-time Account Manager to develop and manage offline marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house campaign, nonprofit or agency experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles and being accountable for either the overall success of a program or a large component of a very large program.
• Client management experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
• Passion for making our world a better place.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to create targeted direct mail strategies maximizing grassroots fundraising.
• Oversee development, implementation, and production of direct mail fundraising campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail with email, SMS, and other channels.
• Create and manage actionable reports to drive decisions.
• Provide training and mentorship to support colleagues' growth.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate to plan direct mail marketing with revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist client teams in managing resources and timelines.
• Support business development and participate in pitches.
