Job summary

TNT Growth Corp is seeking a results-driven Direct Mail Account Manager to own and optimize a portfolio of direct mail accounts. You will manage client relationships, timelines, and outcomes end-to-end, ensuring transparency and excellent service.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results for high-visibility clients. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a client-facing role, strong strategic and communication skills, and a no-surprises mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a client-facing account or project management role (direct mail, print, or performance marketing)
• Superb strategy and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized; keep clients and leadership aligned without reminders
• Familiarity with direct mail production cycles, USPS Informed Delivery, or list management is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications for your portfolio
• Oversee campaign timelines from brief to mail drop, ensuring nothing falls through
• Provide proactive status updates to clients before they ask
• Coordinate with creative, data, and print vendors to hit deadlines
• Flag risks early and escalate with a proposed solution
• Document creative approvals, list specs, drop dates, and performance recaps
• Provide first-line troubleshooting on delivery issues, USPS tracking, and discrepancies
