Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Simulation & Digital Twin Engineer to design and validate high-fidelity digital twins for vehicle dynamics and autonomy. You will implement and maintain simulation environments, integrate ROS2 stacks, and generate synthetic data for perception. Remote work is considered with occasional travel to validate results and support field data correlation. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Python and C++.

Responsibilities

• Own simulation software configuration management, source control, build automation, and release processes.
• Build a high-fidelity digital twin of the vehicle and environment.
• Develop and maintain validated vehicle dynamics models.
