Job summary

WELL Health Technologies Corp is seeking a Digital Transformation Partner (People & Culture) to shape and deliver WELL’s digital and AI agenda across People & Culture. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in Canada, with a preference for candidates in Vancouver, reporting to the VP, Business Transformation.

You will map processes, define requirements, prioritize use cases, and design automations, AI agents, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering digital transformation, automation, or AI projects.
• Ability to map requirements and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Comfort working across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives from discovery to adoption.
• Define requirements, map processes, and design AI agents and automations.
• Partner with AI, Data, and enterprise tech teams on complex solutions.
• Collaborate with People & Culture leaders to translate needs into tech solutions.
