Job summary

Elevate Communications is building a new Digital, Social & Creator practice, seeking a hands-on Manager to own client work and help shape a scaled strategy across digital, social, content, and creator programs.

You will work with the Head of Digital, Social & Creator Services and account teams to translate objectives into integrated strategies, develop content plans, manage activations, and apply performance insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, creator/influencer marketing, integrated communications, or a related field.
• Agency experience strongly preferred; relevant brand-side experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social and digital programs from strategy through delivery.
• Hands-on experience with creator partnerships, creator campaigns, influencer marketing, or talent activation.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting ideas in a clear, confident way to clients.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Campaign budget management experience with the ability to manage spend and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into practical digital and social strategies.
• Develop platform strategies, content plans, editorial calendars, and campaign plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
• Stay current on platform changes and translate developments into recommendations.
• Connect social and digital activity with broader earned media and creator strategies.
• Develop creator strategies and manage creator outreach and activation.
• Coordinate creator campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
• Track performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
