Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations professional to oversee post-sale activities for assigned client accounts. You will manage campaigns, coordinate IOs/contracts, and ensure inventory availability while building strong client relationships.

The role requires experience in Sales Operations or Account Management, with a focus on ad tech or digital campaigns. A hybrid Denver-area/remote arrangement is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support or Customer Service.
• Experience in Ad Tech and/or Digital Account Management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team on client campaign tasks, including IO/contract coordination, inventory checks, and campaign bookings.
• Manage client campaign bookings in Salesforce and other systems.
• Book and manage media inventory based on campaign needs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to fulfill campaigns and provide updates.
• Monitor campaigns and generate detailed reports with insights for performance and retention.
