Buildertrend is seeking a Junior Digital Production Designer to craft digital ad creative for paid media, web and email, helping builders access tools clearly and efficiently. You’ll adapt templates, resize assets and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with marketing teams and stakeholders.

You will apply WCAG accessibility basics, work with HTML/CSS fundamentals, and contribute to a growing library of reusable templates. A portfolio with paid ads is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of web/digital/production design experience.
• Portfolio with paid advertising examples required.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design, file production, accessibility basics (WCAG).
• Strong communication and deadline management.

Aufgaben

• Create and refresh digital ad creative for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms.
• Adapt existing templates for campaigns while maintaining visual consistency.
• Resize, reformat and prepare assets across multiple specs and platforms.
• Support web and email design mockups using stakeholder feedback.
• Package design files for handoff to media buyers and trafficking teams.
