Job summary

Teads Studio is seeking a Junior Designer to carry concepts from initial visual design through to production-ready interactive ad units. You’ll bridge design vision and technical execution on cross-functional teams, crafting campaign assets for web and mobile with emphasis on motion and UI/UX craft.

You’ll apply brand guidelines, build with a light code touch, and leverage AI tools to enhance daily workflows while maintaining high QA standards.

Qualifications

• Core Experience: Foundational background in digital graphic design, UI/UX, or digital media.
• Design Toolkit: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and After Effects).
• Format & Tech Literacy: Understanding of display vs. video formats, basic IAB standards, VAST/VPAID tags, and third-party tracking setup.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand guidelines into engaging visual designs for in-feed environments.
• Craft layouts applying UI/UX fundamentals: typography, color, hierarchy.
• Design fluid motion sequences with precise timing for interactive assets.
• Repurpose codebase patterns to integrate or tweak snippets for custom builds.
• Prototype and ship simpler display and video experiences end-to-end.
