Job summary

RTB House is seeking a skilled graphic designer to design and produce advertising banners for digital campaigns, both static and animated. You will collaborate with sales, customer service and tech teams to shape creative solutions while maintaining consistent brand visuals across materials.

Your portfolio should demonstrate digital ad design, strong aesthetics, and attention to detail; proficiency in Photoshop and Creative Cloud is essential, along with web basics like HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in digital advertising design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Fluency in Polish and strong English.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Adobe Animate.
• Strong aesthetics and attention to detail in design work.
• Creative approach with ability to propose fresh ideas.
• Good communication and collaboration with internal teams.
• Well-organized with time management and teamwork.
• Portfolio welcome; animation skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
