Job summary

Buildertrend Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Junior Digital Production Designer in Omaha, NE. You will turn creative concepts into on-brand assets for paid media, web, and email, ensuring quality and consistency across campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, XD or Sketch plus Photoshop/Illustrator. This role supports hybrid work and growth within a collaborative marketing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, web design, digital media or related field.
1–2 years of experience in web, digital or production design.
Portfolio demonstrating strong digital design and paid advertising work.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch; Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge.

Responsibilities

Create and refresh digital ad creative for paid channels (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, programmatic).
Adapt existing templates for campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
Resize, reformat and prepare assets across specifications and platforms.
Support web and email design mockups and prototypes with stakeholder feedback.
Package design files for handoff to media buyers and trafficking teams.
Apply Buildertrend brand guidelines across placements and flag accessibility improvements.
Perform basic accessibility checks per WCAG standards.
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement revisions quickly.
Produce variations for A/B testing and optimization.
Build and maintain reusable templates and production resources.
Stay updated on digital design trends and tools.
