Jobgether in the United States seeks a Digital Product Service Owner to lead roadmaps, lifecycles, and support models for technology-enabled product services. You will partner with Product, R&D, and IT to translate priorities into concrete roadmaps and delivery plans while defining service offerings and governance.

You will guide SDLC/Agile/DevSecOps activities, manage integrations and lifecycle aspects, and ensure alignment with security, data governance, and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 7+ years in software delivery, product engineering systems, or related tech roles.
• Experience with matrixed Product, Engineering, R&D, EA, Cybersecurity, IT Support, and vendor teams.
• Hands-on with SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, ALM/PLM, integrations, cloud, data, security, and ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of software product development and tech service operations.
• Experience defining service portfolios and measuring business value.
• Ability to translate business and engineering requirements into roadmaps/backlogs.
• Familiarity with roadmap management, release planning, vendor coordination, and finance basics.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, data flows, security, and scalability.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing without authority.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Continuous improvement mindset to simplify services and accelerate delivery.
• Balance service quality, adoption, costs, risks, and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage roadmap, lifecycle, performance, costs, and support models for tech services.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and IT to translate priorities into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Define service offerings, adoption strategies, support expectations, and escalation procedures.
• Ensure services are accessible, reliable, and well supported across stakeholders.
• Support SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, release planning, and environment readiness.
• Coordinate integration requirements and lifecycle management for software-enabled products.
• Align with architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, regulatory compliance, ITSM, and vendor standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents, debt, and complexity.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate adoption, reliability, and business value.
• Coordinate technical and operational decisions across teams, vendors, and leadership.
