Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the Network Connectivity team within the ACE organization.

You will partner with Network Connectivity Engineering and other stakeholders to design innovative digital products, pilot new capabilities, and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities include owning the product vision, roadmap, market research, backlog prioritization, and data-driven decision making to improve connectivity capabilities across

Qualifications

Proven 4+ years in digital product management at lead consultant level or 5+ years at expert level.
Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes in network connectivity or related enterprise tech.
Proven delivery across multiple Agile release cycles with backlog management using Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities.
Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch digital products.
Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Write and groom stories; prioritize and manage the backlog.
Monitor product performance with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and partners.
Manage product budgets and resources.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
