Qualifications

• 3–5 years in PR, digital PR, media relations, or journalism.
• Proven placements; you can walk us through a piece you landed and the angle.
• You generate three ideas worth pitching per client for a news cycle.
• Strong writing; turn a complex topic into three clear sentences.
• Manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with distributed teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: run PR campaigns from brief through outreach and results.
• Media Relationships & Outreach: build relationships with reporters and editors.
• Pitch Writing & Storytelling: craft pitches tailored to outlets and angles.
• Reactive Media: monitor news and pitch timely angles to reporters.
• Source Requests: respond to journalist requests on platforms and match experts.
• Thought Leadership & Expert Positioning: define angles and brief content teams.
• Data-Led Campaigns: source datasets and shape angles around numbers.
• Media List Building & Targeting: refine lists using industry tools and research.
• Reporting: track coverage, links, and outreach performance.
• Competitive Intelligence: monitor coverage and identify differentiation.
• Collaboration: coordinate with content, client experience, and PR leadership.
