Job summary

The Rise Collective is seeking a hands-on Digital Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands. The role focuses on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong emphasis on Google Search and optimizing for revenue and lead generation.

You will monitor campaigns directly inside advertising platforms, manage budgets, and continuously optimize based on performance to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on media buying experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, especially Google Search.
• Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of paid search KPIs and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands with emphasis on Google Search.
• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
• Monitor budgets, bids, pacing, and performance; adjust based on KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to align campaigns with business goals.
• Analyze performance and identify practical optimizations to improve CAC/ROAS.
