Incubator Lab is seeking a talented Media Buyer to join our growing team. This role owns the execution, data analysis, and scaling of Meta campaigns for a single brand portfolio, requiring hands-on precision and strong quantitative judgment.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, develop data-driven strategies, run structured tests, monitor performance, and communicate insights to creative and technical teams. Flexible, remote, with overlapping US hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in high-spend Meta accounts ($100k+ to $1M+/mo).
• Sharp quantitative reasoning and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Meta platforms, bidding strategies, and attribution tools.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns end-to-end.
• Analyze campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights.
• Build structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Monitor performance daily and scale based on data trends.
• Translate data into actionable feedback for teams.
• Manage pacing and spend to hit CAC/ROAS targets.
