Job summary

Johnson Group is seeking a highly technical Digital Measurement & Tagging Specialist to own the measurement infrastructure across client ecosystems. The role emphasizes server-side tagging, first‑party measurement and consent-driven architectures, ensuring accurate, secure and scalable data collection.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing complex measurement tag setups across client websites.
• Hands-on expertise with GTM, GA4 and server-side tagging architectures.
• Ability to design measurement plans and translate requirements into tracking specs.

Responsibilities

• Own design, implementation and governance of GTM across client accounts.
• Design and maintain dataLayer and structured dataLayer schemas.
• Implement and troubleshoot server-side GTM and first‑party measurement.
• Coordinate consent-aware tagging and CMP integrations.
• Validate GA4, Ads conversions and cross-domain tracking across platforms.
• Collaborate with development, CRO, SEO, Paid Media and analytics teams.
