Young Americans for Liberty is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on precision and flawless execution. You’ll deploy emails, texts, ads, and web updates to engage donors and activists, while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You’ll manage audience data in HubSpot, publish content with Webflow, and coordinate with vendors. The role rewards meticulous work and offers remote work with a hybrid option for Austin-area candidates.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to execute repetitive, process-driven work accurately and consistently.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and deploy marketing emails, P2P/A2P text messages, press releases, and social media ads
• Execute rapid-response communications when priorities shift
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Build and maintain audience lists in HubSpot
• Apply tagging, segmentation, and attribution standards
• Publish blog posts and website content through Webflow
• Deploy content through the YAL Action Center
• Coordinate with external vendors on live calls and robocalls
• Support social media publishing as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
