Job summary

Bomnin Automotive Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across all dealer locations. You will drive online visibility, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence with data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in digital marketing within retail or multi-location environments, with strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in multi-location or retail settings.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (Universal/GA4), and SEO/SEM.
• Experience with CRM tools and dealership platforms (Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, VinSolutions) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social, email, and SEO.
• Website & Content Management: Manage website updates, landing pages, and ensure content is on-brand and optimized.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, campaign results, and ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM dashboards.
• Lead Generation: Maximize quality lead volume for all store locations.
• SEO/SEM: Manage organic and paid search initiatives to increase traffic.
• Social Media: Grow presence across major platforms consistent with brand voice and events.
• Collaboration: Align campaigns with store marketing liaisons, BDC, sales, and vendors.
• Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and ratings.
• Compliance: Ensure marketing content adheres to guidelines and regulations.
