Job summary

Digital Moment is seeking a Junior Marketing & Communications Coordinator to grow reach and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and email. You will produce consistent, high-quality content and execute the strategy set by our Marketing & Communications Manager, remotely with reliability and care.

You will plan ahead, write and produce content, pull performance data from native platforms and Hootsuite, and support programs, campaigns and events that bring Digital Moment's work to life,

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting across formats (social, email, blogs, event materials).
• Produce platform-native content (TikTok/Reels, visuals, emails).
• Pull and interpret performance data from native platforms and Hootsuite.

Responsibilities

• Grow reach and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and email.
• Create and adapt content for formats and platforms with tone appropriate to audience.
• Maintain a forward-looking content calendar across channels to ensure on-time delivery.
• Report on performance and surface insights; produce monthly performance summaries.
• Support program visibility and traffic to program pages and initiatives.
• Research credible statistics on AI, youth, jobs, and safety to support thought leadership content.
• Support marketing materials for in-person events and on-ground activation.
