Logicstics is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Google Ads / AI Search Specialist to own our online lead generation strategy. We are an international moving and logistics company serving customers relocating worldwide.

This is a hands-on role; you will build, manage, analyze, and improve campaigns yourself, not just coordinate with outside agencies. You will manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing, perform keyword research, and develop SEO and AI

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrable results managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong SEO knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
• Comfortable learning and testing emerging AI marketing technologies.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing
• Conduct keyword research and continuously improve PPC campaign structure, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and landing pages
• Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, impression share, search terms, and other performance metrics
• Develop and execute our organic SEO strategy
• Perform technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO
• Identify content and keyword opportunities based on search intent
• Improve rankings for high-value international moving and logistics searches
• Develop strategies for AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews/Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms
• Improve how Logicstics and its content are discovered, cited, and recommended by AI search engines
• Research emerging GEO/AEO/LLM optimization strategies and test what actually produces results
• Create content strategies designed for both traditional search engines and AI search
• Work with our developers to improve landing pages, conversion tracking, site structure, schema, page speed, and technical SEO
• Build dashboards and reporting that clearly show leads, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
• Identify new digital channels and lead-generation opportunities
• Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing research, content workflows, analysis, and campaign performance
