You will own client relationships, manage campaigns, and coordinate across internal teams to deliver results. We are a fully remote organization offering flexible hours and collaborative environments.

Qualifications

• Prior account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Understanding of project management processes: timelines, reporting, coordinating teams.
• Vision and drive to push projects to completion while tracking details.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and respond quickly to changes.
• Ability to thrive in a small remote team while handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of account performance and ensure seamless client communication, project management, and campaign delivery.
• Provide day-to-day support and serve as the main point of contact for all client issues.
• Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, and key project data points to clients.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with internal team members.
• Leverage internal resources to ensure client projects remain on track to meet deadlines.
• Schedule and lead client-facing meetings including kickoffs, status updates, and reviews.
• Advise clients on project timelines and performance metrics.
