Job summary

Outform Group is seeking a Digital Program Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of retail display programs that blend physical fixtures with LED displays and digital content. You will coordinate across manufacturing partners in China, engineering, and client teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires fluency in both hardware and software aspects, including production readiness, vendor management, and field troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program or project management in manufacturing or retail display.
• Hands-on fixture development with manufacturing partners in China.
• Experience with LED displays and digital signage hardware.
• Reading engineering drawings and translating specs for vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program execution across engineering, software, hardware, and production teams.
• Maintain client communication on milestones, timelines, and issues.
• Be the go-to person for field problems during go-live or stabilization.
• Support pre-sale scoping by documenting requirements and validating deliverability.
• Coordinate fixture development with China partners and travel as needed.
