Job summary

RTC, Rolling Meadows, IL, seeks a Project Manager to oversee manufacturing and deployment phases of POP displays and fixture programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery per quality expectations. You will document key learnings from projects.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, maintaining Gantt charts, assessing risk, communicating across departments, and tracking costs against estimates while expanding knowledge of POP manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience using an ERP system preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Project and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess each project situation, determine actions, and ensure implementation.
• Develop project plans; create and maintain Gantt charts and communications.
• Assess risk for each project and track status of all owned projects.
• Communicate requirements and timelines to related departments.
• Track cost relationships between estimated and actual costs.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes in POP industry.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Purchasing, and global PM for on-time deliveries.
• Travel to RTC facilities as needed and document all activities.
• Maintain documentation for projects and know the MRP module.
