Job summary

ImageWorks Display is seeking an organized Project Manager to lead the execution of custom retail display programs from concept to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and protect customer relationships while delivering on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in Project Management or related customer-facing roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and BI/reporting tools is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple customer projects from order receipt through successful completion.
Develop and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Sales.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage expectations to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation in the ERP system and track budgets.
