PolicyMe is hiring a Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to educate customers on options via a digital platform and to convert inbound leads into policies. You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, use HubSpot for tracking, and balance protection with price for clients.

Formación

• Licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1+).
• 3+ years in personal lines sales (Home & Auto) in high-volume or digital sales.
• Builder mentality with a track record of improving scripts and sequences.
• Proven success exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on Home & Auto options using PolicyMe’s digital platform.
• Handle inbound leads and move them through the sales funnel to close.
• Use HubSpot to track touches and forecast the pipeline.
• Recommend coverage balancing protection and price for clients.
• Develop scripts, talk tracks, and follow-up cadences.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to refine digital experiences.
• Maintain compliant interactions with RIBO and carrier guidelines.
