Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to own the website and customer portals, delivering intuitive experiences that help customers find information, manage orders, and complete self-service tasks.

Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Operations, UX, Analytics, and Technology, you will drive SEO/AEO strategies, leverage analytics, and improve digital adoption while reducing friction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise websites, ecommerce platforms, or digital customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong web analytics knowledge across GA4, GTM, and analytics tools.
• Proven success with SEO strategies and AEO practices.
• Ability to leverage customer insights and analytics to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with consent/privacy/Compliance tools like Osano or Freshpaint.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content, navigation, information architecture, and site structure for a customer-centric experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to content, communications, banners, landing pages, and self-service experiences.
• Enhance customer journeys for orders, tracking, account management, and self-service.
• Optimize site for patients, caregivers, clinicians, payors.
• Support lead generation, referral, and engagement across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Revenue Cycle to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Be the voice of customers to ensure campaigns meet needs.
• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility.
• Manage analytics tools, tagging, consent, and compliance tech.
• Analyze performance, behavior, funnels, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with legal/privacy to ensure regulatory compliance.
