Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our website and customer portals, delivering intuitive, self-service experiences that help customers find information, manage orders and track status.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, UX, Analytics, and Technology to optimize content, SEO/AEO, and analytics, driving digital adoption and reducing customer friction across patients, payors, clinicians, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise websites, ecommerce platforms, customer portals, or digital experiences.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable platforms.
• Strong familiarity with web analytics tools and measurement frameworks.
• Proven success developing and executing SEO strategies and AEO best practices.
• Ability to leverage customer insights and analytics to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with consent, privacy, and compliance technologies.
• Healthcare or regulated industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content, navigation, information architecture, and site structure.
• Identify and implement content improvements, communications, banners, and self-service experiences.
• Enhance customer journeys for ordering, tracking, and account management.
• Optimize for multiple customer types including patients, clinicians, payors.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation, intake, and engagement.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Revenue Cycle to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Represent voice of customers to ensure campaigns meet needs.
• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic.
• Manage analytics, tagging, consent, and compliance tools.
