Qualifications

• Strong budget management, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior relationship with assigned accounts, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Identify strategic opportunities, risks, and growth areas within client portfolios.
• Lead high-stakes client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.
• Manage escalations and navigate complex client situations professionally.
• Develop digital strategy plans, channel mix, and program roadmaps for accounts.
• Create and manage multi-channel budgets and revenue projections.
• Integrate email, CRO, digital media, and texting into unified programs.
