Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Digital Engineering Lead to drive a modernization program converting legacy data into model-based, annotated definitions. You will own MBD standards, PLM release paths, and cross-discipline integration in a large aerospace and defense setting.

The role requires extensive MBD in Creo or electrical MBD in Zuken E3.series, with Windchill experience; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital or model-based engineering and hands-on MBD experience.
• Deep expertise in one discipline with working knowledge of the other (electromechanical preferred).
• Strong command of GD&T and ASME Y14.5/Y14.41 standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the MBD authoring standard (templates, metadata, automated checks) per ASME Y14.5/Y14.41.
• Set the neutral-derivative and automated-analysis strategy (STEP AP242, QIF, 3D PDF).
• Define PLM release path (engineering changes, CAD linkage, CAD/EBOM alignment).
• Lead delivery and mentoring for a cross-functional engineering team.
