Job summary

Mencap Trust Company (MTC) is recruiting an experienced Digital Engagement Officer on a full-time, fixed-term two-year contract. The role is primarily home-based with monthly attendance at the London office for team meetings and collaboration.

You will create and publish engaging digital content across the website, email and social channels, manage CMS updates, support Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, and coordinate visuals and events to raise awareness of MTC's services.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and publishing engaging digital content for multiple channels.
• Ability to manage website updates and coordinate with external agencies.
• Support digital marketing activities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email journeys.
• Coordinate visual content and work with photographers, designers and printers.
• Produce reports and use insights to improve content and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and publish digital content for website, email and social channels.
• Manage day-to-day content updates and test improvements with the agency.
• Support branding and accessible communications across campaigns.
• Coordinate production of visual and printed content and maintain an image library.
• Plan webinars, events and partnerships to raise awareness of wills and trusts activities.
